Testimonials

Let's be proud of what we do in social care, let's share the good things that happen and let's remind people to Believe in Good Care.

Thanks for all your help over the last 3 months.

JB wanted to pass on his sincerest thanks for the outstanding work the care workers do and also to Katie for delivering a large package of care last weekend at very short notice.

Agincare have been really great with mum.  The carers and her have a really good chat and they  keep her going and I really appreciate all they do.

Marion is very good with mum. They have a very good relationship and all tasks get done.

We would like to express our thanks to your carer Tracey who visited on 29/6/17.  My mother was unwell when she attended and called my wife who went there and helped to sort mum out. Tracey was very understanding and stayed until we rectified the situationbig thanks to her for this.

Please will you personally inform the carers, especially those that attended last Saturday and Sunday, for the way they looked after nan and for the professional way they informed me Saturday. I will always be grateful.  Thank you.

Telephone call from D informing me that Scott had gone above and beyond what he needs to do at the care call. D said that he was in a terrible state this morning and Scott calmly sorted everything out.  I thanked D for his kind words and calling the office.  I will pass this on to Scott.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your help with my mum over the last 18 months.  Not only has it made my life less stressful, more importantly my mum has looked forward to your visits and has struck up a close relationship with Anne Saville.  I can't thank Anne enough for her kindness.

Thank you all for the great kindness and care you have given.

I would like to thank you and all your carers for the wonderful care shown to my husband. Sadly he is so poorly. With the nurses coming in should prevent him keep going into hospital. Once again, thank you and perhaps you could pass my message on to thank the carers for my husband's care.

Thank you for making my birthday such a happy day and for the cake which I enjoyed for my tea, especially the candle. Its such a long time since I had a candle to blow out.  I am so happy in my comfortable flat and it’s the lovely people that I meet and the help that I getYou are all wonderful. I feel I am so blessed to grow old here.  Thank you all and God bless you.

We, as a family, would like to take this opportunity to thank both the company and particularly J's personal carers for the excellent care she received at all times. We could have asked for no better service.  Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to each and every person involved in taking care of J's every need.

Client said that Jacqui was absolutely wonderful and professional the other day when client fell ill.  Jacqui went into paramedic mode due to previous job and said that she is 100% confident with Jacqui.

To all who have been involved in the care of D.  We would like you to know all your care and attention  has been very much appreciated and we will miss you - couldn't have managed without you. Thank you.

To all office and carers.  Thank you for all your kindness and care whilst dealing with B.  Thank you muchly.

I have had several patient visits which coincided with visits by your carer, Mihai, and wanted to feed back to you how impressed I have been with the high standard of care he provides for your client (GR).  He is proactive, has great attention to detail and is an excellent advocate for the client - often identifying a need (such as equipment ) and taking steps to meet it before the nurses have even become aware of the issue.  Mihai also takes an interest in everything done by the nursing staff in order to improve his own knowledge and skills.  GR is one of the most vulnerable patients on our caseload and I am sure that the success of his discharge home from hospital is, to a great degree, down to Mihai.

Just a small token to say thank you to you all for the excellent care and kindness your showed to S.

Second person has complimented how good the service has been.

R was so very grateful to each and every one of you for your constant care and kindnesses, looking after him over the past 2 years since he broke his hip and lost his dear wife of nearly 75 years marriage.  I and all his family would like to say thank you so much on his behalf.  You have all been so very kind and helpful and reassuring to him each day which helped to put our minds at rest that he was being looked after whilst we were all so far away from him.   This enabled him to remain in his own home where he wanted to be.  Thank you to Jackie for your commitment to organising his detailed itinerary each week.

First let me thank you for the amazing care you have delivered for my mum.  All of your staff and carers have been absolutely wonderful and we will miss you. I now need to try to find a care provider in central Cornwall who can live up to your standards.

I've been meaning to write to you to thank you very much in supporting me in providing the best possible care for my dear T during his last 18 months of struggle with ill health.  When things weren't going to plan and I phoned you, I really appreciated the talks we had and the knowledge that it would be sorted.  I would appreciate it if you would pass on my sincere thanks especially to Lynda, Angela, Gemma, Marc and Holly.

To the dear, dear people of Agincare.  I'd like to thank all of you who cared for my wife.  She would always ask who was coming next and then be delighted. Whoever was ringing the bell.  She became quite fond of some of you, but was very pleased with everyone who called.  So very pleased, so on behalf of A, a big, big thank you.

DL's daugher has just phoned.  We care for her father.  Our care worker visited last night and he was unwell.  She immediatley phoned emergency services and he is now in hospital.  The family are so grateful that it was the second time we have acted in the same manner and her father has been looked after so well by us.  She feels her father would not be able to live independently at home without the support of such fantastic care workers.

Mark has gone above and beyond to help support me with the new candidates this weekend.  He has used his own time and money to help assist me and I feel he should be recognised for his hard work and dedication. What a thoroughly thoughtful, lovely and kind man.

I am writing on behalf of my father and all the family regarding the care given to my mother during her final days at home. We would all like to say a big 'thank you' for being so gentle, caring and respectful during your care sessions.  We felt that Mum was in safe hands.  The service you provided was very much appreciated.

Many thanks for all your help and kindness in helping me to walk.  It is appreciated and I will always miss you all and never forget you - keep in touch. All the best to all of you in your future career.

I have just had a compliment off a social worker to inform us that we have provided an excellent service to one of our clients for 12 years.  As a company we have provided sits and calls for 12 years with the same member of staff and this has maintained her living at home with her husband.

Thank you for all the care you gave Dad which enabled him to live in his own home, in particular, Si and Viva (sorry this is what dad called them - I don't know their full names) they were very kind to Dad and he spoke very well of them.

Mrs C has asked for Tony to be her main carer - he is amazingHe communicates really well for the duration of the call.  He is knowledgeable and a good carer generally.  Mum really likes him and they gel really well.

A situation developed with DL.  He presented with a few medical issues.  Thinking that he was not controlling his diabetes and was going into a hyperglycaemic episode he was treated as such.  It wasn't until Charlene came in and noticed that D wasn’t quite right that we looked at the situation differently.  Through her regular contact with him she was able to assist in such a way that we were able to get D into A & E via an emergency ambulance and get the treatment he needed.  I would therefore like to make you aware of the gratitude I have for her professionalism and the concern shown.

To the dear, dear people of Agincare.  I'd like to thank all of you who cared for my wife.  She would always ask who was coming next and then be delighted whoever was ringing the bell. She became quite fond of some of you, but was very pleased with everyone who called. So very pleased, so on behalf of A, a big, big thank you.

I have just had a call off Mr B. We have been providing care for his mother for the past few months and he wanted  to thank me personally for providing outstanding care, guidance and assistance from us as a company. The time-keeping, efforts and personal touches our staff gave his mother have given him faith in the health care system and the whole family have been impressed with us from day one.  He will be putting it in writing but needed to phone me first in case this takes him some weeks.

Special thanks to Agincare for all their care and kindness shown to A over the years.

I felt I needed to email you to tell you how happy I am with Agincare. I feel as if I'm blessed with my group of carers.  They are all so professional, so caring and nothing is too much for them.  There is a lot of publicity in newspapers, TV etc about bad carers so I would like to publicise that I have the complete opposite.  I cannot fault the way I am looked after.  I have a 5 star chef called Eric, and Mihai, who has been with me for several years, is without a doubt one of the best carers I have ever had, joining him is Jackie.  They are both excellent carers -  the top of their game.  Rosa has been with me for 10 years, having looked after J before.  He used to always say what a fabulous lady she was and what a caring person.  Nothing is too much trouble for Rosa.  She is absolutely brilliant at her job.  The above carers I've mentioned I can't fault them; they are caring, kind and so good at what they do. I also have to mention Richard and John - both very good carers.  The new bunch?  Elliot shows a lot of potential.  In the  office I think Josephine does a great job. Bev, Stephan and the lovely Gemma all answer the phone and always trying to sort my problems out on rare occasions I have a whinge!  Also, George, good carer again, extremely polite.  Last and by no means least, is Sharon - hardworking and is always there when I need herShe always tries to make sure I have good care.  She knows what my needs are.  This is so important.  She is a gem!  I feel with Noel at the helm you have a very strong army.

J has refused to eat or drink outside the house and finally Wayne has accomplished that.  It has taken a long time but Wayne has stuck with it.  Am very happy with service.

L's husband stated in his review that Marie Grace is an asset to the company - brilliant care worker.  Don't work her too hard!

The service is going great.  Marion treats my mum with the respect that I guess she treats her own mum.  My mum loves having her here.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to all your carers who attended C during her short spell of illness at our home.  I won't single out anyone by hame, but some of them (and they will know who I mean) seemed to form a special bond with C.  But all the carers attended C with compassion and dignity. It was a job to them and sometimes it was dirty and messy but there were no complaints and they dealt with the changing situation without any variation in their composure. I felt that they would not have given any better attention if they had been dealing with their own relative.  Will you please pass these comments on to all those who attended C.

All carers that have been out to see me have been excellent with meVery pleased with Agincare.

B loves seeing Jade.  Jade is extremely bubbly and she loves playing games with her.
