Agincare’s senior management team has over 60 years of experience in the social care sector.

• Derek Luckhurst, Chairman, CDir, MinstD, NCMA.
• Derek founded Agincare Ltd. as a provider of domiciliary care in 1993 and has remained actively involved with the day-to-day management of the company into the current group. He has chaired the Dorset Care Association and a Best Value Review.
• Raina Summerson, Services Director, DipSW, DipHE, MA.
• Raina is a qualified and GSCC registered social worker with a Masters in Mental Health Services. She has worked, primarily with older people and their carers, in various social and health care roles. Prior to joining Agincare she was a CSCI Inspector with five years experience of regulating care homes and domiciliary care agencies.
• Stuart Clarke, Finance Director. ACMA.
• Stuart’s experience covers ICT, engineering, leisure, training and retail. He has been operating at board level for over 25 years and his broad experience, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of ICT and system implementation, will help Agincare develop their business as well as their infrastructure.
