Agincare Group is the holding company for several care related subsidiary companies. In addition, joint ventures and alliances with other organisations are being developed. Including Derek Luckhurst as Chairman/CEO, there are four Directors who sit across the majority of Group activity, with further Operations Directors who give focus to the core subsidiary companies with the Group.

Our Board and Senior Management Team comprise highly experienced individuals from social, health and community care backgrounds, central and local government as well as financial and commercial settings. We ensure that this mix of professional skills and experience encourages continuous debate and development regarding the quality and range of our service provision.

The Board has an agreed Vision for Agincare to achieve continued growth and a national presence through self-funded expansion and diversification of services. Unlike many other care companies, despite our success and rapid growth Agincare has remained family owned, with no external investors. This creates a continued sense of a local and caring company driven by people with a passion for what they do. The operational delivery of this is backed by a highly professional support framework including central functions of Finance, HR, Commercial and Quality.
