Learning Disabilities

We operate our service using the principles outlined in the current government policies, in particular within the ‘White paper – Our Health, Our Care, Our Say’, and in ‘Putting People First’. We believe these principles underpin the aims and values of the Domiciliary Care service by setting our proposals for social care of the future to be met.

We are experienced in assisting individuals to reach their full potential by adapting the care and support needs to staircase up and down as required, often helping individuals develop key life skills and engaging and contributing to the community.

We have developed our training and recruitment to take into account the specific and individual needs of those with learning disabilities to ensure a service that supports both social and care needs.

Our support plans are outcome based and person centred focused around the professional support of a multi-disciplinary care team.
