Agincare are dedicated to providing an excellent customer service.  Training, understanding your local community and listening are some of the ways that ensure that we are constantly learning and improving on what we do.  Part of this process involves us asking our customers every year what they have thought about the service that they have received.  Here is a summary of the results:

Overall, the response to Agincare's service user survey for 2007 has been very positive.  The completion of an exercise on this scale requires significant input from not only various people within the company, but most importantly from our service users.  There were many positive responses in all areas and in particular the front line delivery of care was often praised, with feedback that care workers and office staff were polite, respectful and treated people with dignity and care.
