Our 2008/9 survey questions were updated from the previous year to reflect the personalisation agenda and increasing moves towards outcome-based care. This seemed to be well received and to encourage feedback about the impact of Agincare’s services on supporting people to live happy and independent lives in their own homes.

Overall, Agincare are again proud of the positive response to our annual survey for 2008/9. It is evident that, whatever daily difficulties are faced by us in a very challenging industry, most people receiving care from us are very pleased with the overall service we provide. As always, it is often the care and attention from, and attitude of, many individual care workers which really makes the difference to peoples’ daily lives.

We are encouraged by the overall results, but continue to work hard with all of our teams to strive for continuous improvements.
