Current Career Opportunities

Agincare UK currently has vacancies for Care workers. Either download and complete the application form (right) or get in contact with our Recruitment team by clicking here.

We invest time and money into our recruitment process to ensure that every person that joins our company is fully trained and competent in their abilities prior to setting out. All our care workers are given full support and backing from their Managers, Team Leaders, Trainers and Head Office at all times. All Agincare live-in Care workers are taken on under the same recruitment process to ensure fair and open competition for all posts. We provide all on-going training and every person we employ has to complete an initial 3 day induction training program.

Whether you are an experienced care provider, a qualified nurse or social worker or just starting out in your care career we have employment opportunities to suit you and we welcome applications from all sections of the community; whether male, female, younger or older; our staff need to be as diverse as the people who need our services. If you are interested or have any queries please call Kelly Davis (Live-in Care) on 01258 489480 or Amy Crabb (Care Homes and Domiciliary care) 01305 769417 print off the application form on this page, complete it and post to us.

Equal opportunities

Agincare is committed to building an organisation that makes full use of the talents, skills, experience, and different cultural perspectives available in a multi-ethnic society, and where people feel they are respected and valued, and can achieve their potential regardless of race, colour, nationality, national or ethnic origins, gender, disability, age or sexual orientation.

The aims of the company policy are to ensure that:

  • No one receives less favourable treatment, on grounds of race, colour, nationality, or ethnic or national origins, or is disadvantaged by any conditions, requirements, provisions, criteria, procedures or practices that cannot be justified on non-racial grounds, or victimised for taking action against racial discrimination or harassment, or instructed or put under pressure to discriminate against, or harass, someone on racial grounds.
  • The organisation is free of unwanted conduct that violates the dignity of workers or Clients or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, offensive or humiliating environment;
  • Opportunities for employment, training and promotion are equally open to candidates from all regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability or religion.
  • Selection for employment, promotion, transfer and training, and access to benefits, facilities and services, will be fair and equitable, and based solely on merit.

This applies to all aspects of employment, from recruitment to dismissal and former workers’ rights, as well as to all Clients and representatives with whom we work. This statement and the full equality and diversity policy has the support of the Management/Board and will be subject to regular review.
