All our care workers are given full support and backing from their Managers, Team Leaders, Trainers and Head Office at all times. All Agincare live-in Care workers are taken on under the same recruitment process to ensure fair and open competition for all posts. We provide all on-going training and every person we employ has to complete an initial 3 day induction training program.
