Chairman's Statement

The current domiciliary care market has its beginnings in the implementation of the Community Care Act in 1993. I started Agincare in direct response to this initiative and as one of the first independent domiciliary care providers in the country, I have seen the company grow from strength to strength.

Agincare continues to be pioneering in its approach to domiciliary care provision and I believe that the key to our success is the can-do attitude we at Agincare adopt. Whatever the requirements of our clients we work to find the solution that best meets their needs. Despite our size and rapid growth, we pride ourselves on establishing, maintaining and developing strong relationships at a local level so that we can have a regular dialogue with clients which enable us to rapidly respond to changes in their needs.

This approach has enabled us to build longstanding partnerships with our many local authority and health service clients and help them achieve their aims more efficiently and effectively.
