• The company was one of the first members of the Care Ambassador’s scheme, now a nationally recognised Government initiative aimed at raising the profile of careers in social care among young people, teachers, career advisors and parents.
  • We have repeatedly proved that Agincare is responsive, innovative and committed to service improvement by working with local authorities and other organisations to pursue new opportunities, meet unmet needs and respond to crisis situations.
  • Agincare actively recruits senior professionals from the health service and central and local government, as well as from the private sector. We ensure that this mix of professional skills and experience encourages continuous debate and development regarding the quality and range of our service provision.
  • Agincare is one of only a few independent sector providers involved in the General Social Care Council’s stakeholder group, to advise Government on the best way of registering the domiciliary care workforce. We are also working with them as a Development Partner to pilot the processes involved in registration.
  • We are not afraid to speak out about issues affecting the wider sector and society as a whole, including the costs to taxpayers of increased levels of bed-blocking and the need to reduce the carbon footprint of our business.
