Quality Assurance & Accreditations

Quality Assurance

Agincare is a long standing holder of a Quality Management System certificate (ISO 9001). This means that its administration, policies and procedures have been rigorously checked and shown to be of the highest quality standard. In order to keep the ISO 9001qualification, Agincare has to demonstrate each year that it is maintaining quality throughout the company and in its service delivery. In order to maintain quality we conduct regular audits of our services by senior managers and external agencies such as local authorities, the NHS and the Care Quality Commission. In addition, we conduct regular satisfaction surveys in order to gain feedback from clients and/or their representatives, families, professionals and staff. These surveys are used to inform decision making bodies throughout Agincare and we take feedback, both good and bad, very seriously.
